Terms & Conditions
By this agreement, LADYSCHMUCK YERMOLCHENKO (seller) on the one hand and the customer (buyer) on the other hand accept the following terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of goods posted on this website.
1.1. The company produces and provides handmade accessories (products), which the client can purchase from the catalog, as well as by individual design, by filling out a questionnaire in the “bespoke” section.
1.2. The product description, materials, parameters and other characteristics are listed on the product pages.
1.3 The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss francs.
2. Order registration procedure
2.1 To place an order, the buyer must fill out the form in the “Shopping Cart” section and select the appropriate payment method.
2.2 The products ordered on the Website can be paid in one of the following ways:
– Visa or MasterCard bank card;
– Twint;
– Paypal.
2.3 The seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations to the buyer if the impossibility of their proper fulfillment is due to the provision of incorrect information by the buyer, in particular, full name, delivery address, contact phone number.
2.4 The order request is considered completed from the moment the seller receives the payment.
After the payment is made, the buyer receives an email notification from the seller confirming the purchase.
3. Order delivery
3.1 Sending the product marked “in stock” to the buyer is carried out within 1-3 working days from
the date of receipt of payment by the seller.
3.2 The goods marked “available on backorder” are sent to the buyer within 1-3 working days after their manufacture by the seller.
The manufacture of a product marked “available to order” is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of payment by the seller.
*The terms of production and dispatch to the buyer of the product that is made for bespoke are negotiated separately by e-mail or WhatsApp.
3.3 The goods are delivered to the buyer by Swiss Post.
3.4 The approximate time of delivery of the products by Swiss Post is indicated on the “Shopping Cart” page.
3.5 Lady Schmuck company is not responsible for postal delays in delivery.
3.6 The price of the product doesn’t include the cost of delivery services.
3.7 The cost of delivery is calculated separately when placing an order in the “Shopping Cart” section.
3.9 Customs fees may be charged for international transportation, these payments are paid by the buyer separately. The seller doesn’t have information about the tariffs of possible customs duties.
4. Terms of Return
4.1 Return or exchange of collectibles (from the catalog) purchased in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer.
4.2 International orders are non-refundable due to import taxes.
4.3 Only jewelry in a completely new, unused condition and in branded packaging is accepted.
4.4 There is no refund for jewelry that has not passed the integrity check.
4.5 To return the product, the buyer must contact the company by e-mail to agree on the amount and return address.
4.6 Payment for the returned product is transferred to the buyer in the same way it were paid to the seller within 1-3 working days from the date of acceptance of the returned product.
4.7 The return shipment is paid by the buyer independently.
4.8 Bespoke orders are not subject to return and exchange.
4.9 The refund of the amount paid to the buyer is carried out after the seller checks the integrity of the returned product in accordance with clause 4.3 of this agreement.
